The Spectacle - Rope or Guillotine

After releasing an impressive 10" EP and touring europe the Spectacle went back to Bodø to record their first full-length; "Rope or Guillotine". The title Rope or Guillotine was a comment on an everyday life where we really don't have any choice, we are doomed to always choose between two evils. Multi-national co-operations destroy our earth and they seem to not care about nature, humans and animals in their hunt for more money and power. The people are forced to buy the products they sell us and that way indirectly support their disastrous actions. What suits you best? Would you prefer a bullet in the gut or a knife in the chest? All records came shrink wrapped and included an elaborate booklet filled with lyrics and essays.
